Ernest Lageson was a retired Wells County farmer.  He was born at Heimdal where he was reared. He married Dorothy Kucera in 1943 at Hamberg.  They lived at Heimdal until 1948 when they moved to a farm near Manfred. They lived and farmed there until 1955, moving then to a farm 19 miles northwest of Harvey. They lived and farmed near Harvey until October when he retired due to ill health.  Since then they had made their home at Anamoose. He died at 59 years of age in 1975.

 

Dorothy died in 1986 and sons James and William have also passed away.
